Synopsis: Project involved complete PLC Programming in TIA Portal V16, Starter, V-Assist, Visio, LR device for pressing stations, conveyor technology, Gantry for pick & place, Turn Over Device, Turn Table and Analog device for engine guage measurement, Printer etc. End user commissioning support & customer training.
Responsibilities:

Preparation of Complete technical Proposals for Automation
Programming and Commissioning of PLC
Communication & configuration of third party devices, safety devices, Servo drive & VFD.
Communication with neighboring PLC through PN/PN Coupler.
